Background-checked cleaners bring all supplies and equipment. Not happy? We'll re-clean within 48 hours.

Legal information

Plain-language terms for booking with Pacific Sparkle Cleaning.

By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you own or are authorized to book services at the address provided, and that the information you give us is accurate.

We bring all cleaning supplies and equipment. You choose the date and arrival window.
Please provide safe access to the home and secure pets during the visit.
Services are limited to the package you selected. Extra rooms or tasks may change the price, and we will tell you before starting.
We may decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe, such as hazardous materials or mold.

Cancellation, rescheduling and payment

Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival window.
Cancellations inside 24 hours, or if no one can access the home, may be charged 50% of the visit price.
Recurring plans (monthly, twice a week, daily) can be paused or cancelled with 48 hours' notice before the next visit.
Your booking is a request until confirmed by our team. Payment is charged after the service is completed, using the payment method on file.

Satisfaction guarantee

If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours of your visit and we will return to re-clean the area within 48 hours at no charge. If we can't make it right, contact us to discuss a partial refund.

Insurance and liability

Pacific Sparkle Cleaning is licensed, bonded and insured in California, and our cleaners are background-checked. Report any damage within 48 hours with photos so we can open a claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items that were not secured. Please keep cash, jewelry and other valuables put away.

We collect your name, email, phone number, address and booking details only to schedule and deliver your service, send confirmations and reminders, and process payment. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) you may request to know, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
To make a request, email privacy@pacificsparkle.example. We respond within 45 days.
We keep booking records only as long as needed for service, tax and legal purposes.
We may contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your booking. Reply STOP to opt out of non-essential messages.
